Michael Hanak is the Vice President of Operations of Timbercreek Asset Management. His primary responsibility is to oversee the day to day operations of the portfolio including maximizing revenue potential, occupancy management, customer service and maintenance.
Mr. Hanak has spent 18 years in multi unit residential property operations. Prior to joining Timbercreek Asset Management, Mr. Hanak was the Vice President of Residential Real Estate for Transglobe Property Management, where he oversaw rapid growth from 10,000 suites to 24,000 suites in less than 2 years. Prior to joining Transglobe, Mr. Hanak held senior positions with property management companies in BC and Ontario, where he managed numerous multi unit residential properties across Canada and the United States. Mr. Hanak graduated from the University of Alberta. |
